What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy, often called talk therapy, is a confidential, one-on-one process between a client and a trained therapist. It aims to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and challenges to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and mental well-being. Psychotherapy and counselling begins after the initial consultation and assessment.
